   Wow, I am truly inspired by the story of the Sood siblings and their amazing startup, "La Kheer Deli"! It's amazing how they saw an opportunity to innovate with our traditional Indian dessert, kheer, and turn it into a successful business.

I can feel the passion and dedication that went into their business from the very beginning, with Shivika's experimentation and their mother's delicious recipes. The fact that they started with market research among family and friends and sold out all their units in just three days is a testament to the quality of their product and the demand for their unique flavors.

Despite facing challenges with hawking guidelines and plastic packaging, the Sood siblings persevered and even found a way to reduce their environmental impact by providing seed boxes with their orders. It's heartwarming to hear that their customers have taken to growing microgreens and that they have distributed over 3 lakh seeds since 2017.

I am amazed at the growth of "La Kheer Deli" over the years, from a weekend business to multiple locations across Pune and even in Gurgaon and Mumbai.
